Russian business aircraft charter operator Aeroflot Plus has taken delivery of a refurbished Tupolev Tu-134 airliner in corporate configuration.
Sheremetyevo, Moscow-based Aeroflot Plus, a subsidiary of Aeroflot Russian International Airlines, operates domestic and international charter services for VIP and corporate clients.
To date, the company has operated leased aircraft, but is now building a privately owned fleet, starting with the Tu-134.
The aircraft was refurbished into a four-compartment cabin configuration, including two luxury salons. Seating has been reduced to 32. Aeroflot Plus plans to develop a separate corporate identity.
