Aruba Airlines will begin nonstop service between Aruba and Miami on 5 July.
The airline will operate five-times weekly on the route, says Miami International airport.
Aruba Airlines operates Airbus A320s, Ascend Fleets shows.
The airline had applied to US authorities to begin service to Florida with other US markets to follow in late 2014.
Aruba Airlines will compete against American Airlines, InselAir Aruba and Surinam Airways on the route between Aruba and Miami, schedules in Innovata show.
Spirit Airlines also offers nonstop service between Fort Lauderdale and Aruba.
