VIP custom completion specialist International Aviation Services, of Fort Worth, Texas, has appointed Earl Parker director of production. He was most recently director of executive modifications at Associated Air Center. Rupert Hoenig becomes director of quality control and he, also, was most recently with Associated Air, as director of maintenance. Debbie Scally is named controller, with responsibility for financial and accounting functions.
