Boeing Business Jets (BBJ) is considering following up its launch of the BBJ and BBJ2 derivatives of the Next Generation 737 with new models.

Steven Hill, Boeing's vice-president customer services, says other models should follow the first two product launches as the market requires. While not elaborating on what BBJ has in mind, Manfred Schindler, vice-president for international sales confirms: "We are looking at everything from the BBJ3 to BBJ10."

The company's airliner range figures in VIP and corporate fleets and it is possible these will eventually be marketed under the BBJ banner. Boeing featured the BBJ - a 737-700 sized aircraft with a -800 structure - at the show, partly to help market the BBJ2 - a corporate version of the 737-800.
