AEROFLOT Russia's federal competition regulator ordered the flag-carrier to return to the state budget excess income obtained by breaching pricing rules on a major domestic route. The anti-monopoly service says Aeroflot illegally raised fares on the Krasnoyarsk-Norilsk route to Rb36,000 ($1,130) against the authorised maximum of Rb8,500, noting the carrier's dominant position in the market and accusing it of "arbitrarily establishing" fares.
