Bad Week

Alien chasers

ALIEN CHASERS US regional operator American Eagle is cutting its six-times-weekly Embraer ERJ-140 Los Angeles to Roswell, New Mexico service in August, one year after launching it with the benefit of a landing fee waiver. Roswell has been synonymous with UFOs since a flying saucer - with gangly, big-eyed space aliens - allegedly crashed there in July 1947. The US military, accused of a mega-conspiracy cover-up, insists the incident was a weather balloon crash.
