Pet Airways from this week will fly dogs and cats on Raytheon Beech 1900 turboprops between New York, Baltimore, Chicago, Denver and Los Angeles for an introductory price of $149 each way. Co-founders Dan Wiesel and Alysa Binder say pet passengers - "pawsengers" - deserve better than to fly as hold baggage.
