SMALL ANIMALS While normal airlines are fighting tooth and claw for business, an unusual start-up is welcoming anything with, well, teeth and claws. Pet Airways from this week will fly dogs and cats on Raytheon Beech 1900 turboprops between New York, Baltimore, Chicago, Denver and Los Angeles for an introductory price of $149 each way. Co-founders Dan Wiesel and Alysa Binder say pet passengers - "pawsengers" - deserve better than to fly as hold baggage.
