Sil-Mid, the UK's largest independent provider of non-metallic consumables, celebrates its 25th anniversary at the show with the announcement of the launch of a new e-commerce system through which businesses may purchase products.

The online facility gives stock and availability in real time, access to product datasheets and, provides a composite products catalogue through a link to the central distribution centre in the UK.

Sil-Mid's Gary Marriner says: "Composites has become an important part of our offering and with full field-based technical support, Sil-Mid is in a great position to offer these products with a full back-up service designed to meet the requirements of our aerospace customers."
