A junior first officer for Taiwan's China Airlines was forced to take command of an Airbus A300 20min into a flight from Taipei bound for Ho Chi Minh City, when the 45-year-old captain apparently suffered a heart attack. The first officer returned the aircraft to Taipei, where the captain was pronounced dead.
