- Raytheon has won a $164 million contract to develop and produce six Silent Knight radars, which are expected to replace the terrain-following/terrain-avoidance radars on US Special Operations Command Bell Boeing CV-22s, Boeing MH/HH-47s, Lockheed Martin MC-130s and Sikorsky MH-60s.
- Lockheed Martin is to build three more C-130J-30s for the US Air Force and one extra KC-130J for the US Marine Corps under a $256 million contract. This extends production beyond the 62 aircraft covered by the US armed forces' current multi-year procurement deal for the type.
- Sikorsky is to modify a VH-3A testbed for the VH-3D Presidential helicopter lift improvement programme under an $8.4 million US Navy contract.
