M7 Aerospace of San Antonio, Texas, teamed with L-3 Integrated Systems and Dallas Airmotive, is to support US Department of Defense Gulfstream Aerospace C-20 Gulfstream aircraft under a contract potentially worth more than $400 million over 10 years. Australia has selected General Electric's CF6-80E1 engine to power its future fleet of five Airbus A330-200 Multi-Role Tanker Transport aircraft. Engine deliveries will start in 2006 under the award, worth more than $100 million. General Electric has received a $14 million US Navy contract for risk-reduction efforts under pre-system development and demonstration Phase IIIb for the F136 alternate engine for Lockheed Martin's F-35 Joint Strike Fighter. Rada Elect-ronic Industries is to develop a third version of the Performs structural fatigue tracking system for the F-16 under contracts exceeding $1 million with Lock-heed Martin. Performs uses flight data recorder information to optimise maintenance and is to be delivered to the Belgian, Israeli and Portugese air forces and the US Navy. Raytheon is to provide eight MTS-B infared sensors for US Air Force General Atomics Predator unmanned air vehicles under a $17.4 million contract.
