Dassault and Honeywell have settled the lawsuit over late deliveries of Falcon business jets caused by development problems with the Primus Epic integrated avionics system. Dassault filed the lawsuit last month, seeking $60 million in damages (Flight International, 22-29 November). The companies say they have reached a “mutually satisfactory” resolution, but provide no details. Dassault’s EASy integrated flightdeck is based on Honeywell’s Primus Epic avionics platform.
