Delta Air Lines inked a 10-year engine maintenance and overhaul deal with GE Aviation for the GE90-110B1L2 engines that power the SkyTeam carrier's entire Boeing 777-200LR fleet.

The deal covers 20 engines and spares, a GE Aviation spokeswoman says.

Delta has seven -200LR aircraft in active service, according to Flight's ACAS database.

While GE Aviation and Delta have worked together on previous engine arrangements, this is the first OnPoint agreement between the parties.

OnPoint services may include overhaul, on-wing support, new and used serviceable parts, component repair, technology upgrades, engine leasing, integrated systems support and diagnostics and integrated systems.

Financial terms of the deal were not released.
