Cessna is ramping up production of its Citation X business jet to keep pace with soaring demand for the high-speed aircraft. The Wichita-based airframer says production rates will rise by "more than 65%" from 2006 to 2010. More than 260 Citation Xs have been delivered and the backlog extends into next year. Cessna delivered 307 business jets last year, more than any other manufacturer, and expects to deliver a record 375 jets in 2007.
