Vector Aerospace is offering European repair and overhaul support for Rolls-Royce M250 engine operators from its Fleetlands, UK site.

The move comes on the back of Vector obtaining European Safety Agency Part 145 approval for all variants of the engine, which is found on a number of helicopters and fixed-wing aircraft.

This follows its addition of repair and overhaul services for the Pratt & Whitney Canada PT6 engine.

Last year "was characterised by continued market growth and expansion", said John MacDougall, Vector senior vice-president of sales and marketing.

Vector is the subject of a takeover bid from EADS division, Eurocopter.
