The Association of European Airlines says it welcomes the European Union's review of the European air transport liberalisation process, which includes proposals on how transparent carriers are in displaying taxes, charges and fees when advertising ticket prices. AEA secretary general Ulrich Schulte-Strathaus says: "It is an appropriate moment to review the process, discard any items of redundant regulation and fix the bits that need fixing."
