Embraer has chosen Accenture and Servigistics to implement a system to accelerate the delivery of spare parts, reduce costs, and improve its planning and customer service.
Accenture is providing Embraer with supply chain systems integration services and expertise and training. Servigistics is providing its service parts management software and professional services.

Embraer will use the Servigistics system across several locations worldwide. Sergio Frias, Embraer VP of material solutions, says: “This new system is highly beneficial to Embraer, our customers and suppliers because it delivers superior inventory optimisation and advanced spare parts planning capabilities.”
