The owners of loss-making Hawker Pacific Aerospace are negotiating to sell majority control of the component maintenance company to a yet-to-be identified investor. The proposed deal would reportedly entail the sale of up to 60% of the California-based company's stock. Revenues have been up and losses down recently because of growth in the company's Sun Valley landing gear repair business and increased volume and improved performance at it's UK-based subsidiary.
