Bell Helicopters' 505 Jet Ranger X has received Australian Civil Aviation Safety Authority certification – the first country after initial Canadian type certification.
Certification in Australia paves the way for Bell’s sales representative in the region, Hawker Pacific, to deliver the first of the new type to Nautilus Aviation in the middle of this year.
Hawker Pacific will deliver five 505 Jet Ranger X aircraft to Australian customers and three in New Zealand over the next year.
