Huck Fasteners, a Cordant Technology subsidiary, has announced the completion of development and qualification of its new HuckMAX blind fastener.
One fastener will now meet the requirements of two blind fastener specifications at Boeing, working with both existing and next-generation blind fastener systems. Original manufacturers and after-market users including airlines will both use it. The HuckMAX is currently completing other industry tests.
M&M Aerospace Hardware will manage distribution and delivery is due to begin in September 1999.
