The International Air Transport Association (IATA), has announced a new senior management team, following a board of governors meeting in May. Pierre Jeanniot is director-general and senior directors, are Kevin Dobby, for relationship management, John McCaffrey, for external relations, Karel Ledeboer, for operations and infrastructure, Tom Murphy, for customer and distribution services, Bob Hutt, for products and services; John Meredith, for corporate policy and communications, and Ron Blake, for finance and administration. Lorne Clark becomes general counsel and corporate secretary.
