In a deal signed at the show, Schönefeld-based joint venture Lufthansa Bombardier Aviation Services (LBAS) has agreed to collaborate with compatriot Aerodata, a Brunswick-based provider of flight inspection systems for special mission aircraft. The collaboration covers avionics and structural modifications and retrofits, and is intended to combine the strengths of a certificated maintenance organisation, LBAS, with those of a certificated design organisation, Aerodata.
