Japan Airlines has awarded CAE a contract for three Boeing Next Generation 737 full-flight simulators – with electric motion and Tropos visual systems – for delivery to its Haneda airport, Tokyo training centre over 12 months beginning in the second quarter of 2007. All Nippon Airlines has ordered a second 737-700 simulator from Thales for delivery to its Haneda centre early next year. CAE has also sold an Embraer 170 full-flight simulator with Tropos visual and flight management systems trainer to Finnair.
