ACE Aviation, Air Canada’s holding company, plans to release a prospectus offering a minority stake in Jazz, Air Canada’s regional unit. ACE has not disclosed how much of Jazz it will offer or when the sale will occur, but ACE will keep majority control. This follows its successful sale of a minority stake in Aeroplan, the frequent-flyer plan.
