Liberty Aerospace has clinched European certification for its XL2 light piston single. The approval marks the third validation for the XL2 in 30 days after China and Indonesia, and opens up the thriving European general aviation market to the US airframer. The first European-registered aircraft is scheduled to enter service this quarter.
