Xian Aircraft's Pratt & Whitney Canada PW127-powered MA60 regional turboprop made its international debut at the show, as the manufacturer seeks more orders in the region. Xian says that talks are under way with Lao Aviation regarding a five-aircraft order for the $11 million 60-seat aircraft, which is based on the Y-7. Xian sees demand for at least 100 MA60s within China., where it has sold 12 already, and hopes to sell over 200 aircraft.

Comac’s ARJ21 has completed its first commercial flight from a high-altitude airport in China, the latest in a series of milestones for the regional jet.
American Airlines has placed a conditional order for up to 100 units of ZeroAvia’s ZA2000RJ hydrogen fuel cell powertrain, while also deepening its investment in the advanced propulsion developer through participation in the company’s Series C fundraising round.
