Crown Catering is well prepared for the onslaught of hungry mouths to feed at this year's Farnborough International. Over the nine days managers Ben Griffin and Bob Kells expect 80,000 to pass through the doors of the Hall 1 restaurant.

In the middle is Sarah Howells, one of the hundred-strong team making sure exhibiters, workers and the visiting audience are well catered for. Mr Kells said: "They work very long days and do a tremendous job. At the show's height we serve meals to an average of 5,000 people a day."
