At least four of the 11 airlines that control a 64.9% stake in computer reservations systems provider Galileo International have announced plans to sell all or part of their holdings through a secondary public offering. United Airlines, KLM, US Airways and TAP Air Portugal are to dispose of stock, although SAirGroup plans to hold its stake. DeCrane Aircraft Holdings has expanded its corporate jet cabin systems business by acquiring Kansas-based interior furniture specialist Precision Pattern. ++ The merger of BFGoodrich and Coltec Industries has received US anti-trust clearance. Although shareholders of both companies have approved the merger, its closure has been put on hold pending a legal challenge by AlliedSignal and Crane - the agreed delay expiring on 1 May. Canada's CHC Helicopter has formally offered to buy the 70% of shares in Norway's Helicopter Services Group it doesn't yet own, despite an earlier rejection of a NKr45 ($6) per share offer. Northrop Grumman has completed its $93 million acquisition of the information systems unit of California Microwave, specialising in airborne reconnaissance and surveillance systems.
