China Aviation Oil (Singapore) is buying a 5% stake in Spain's dominant jet-fuel distributor Compania Logistica de Hidrocarburos for €59.9 million ($54 million). Sydney Airports (SACL) will pay A$200 million ($109 million) for the former Ansett terminal at Sydney Kingsford Smith Airport. The move, which has to be approved, came a day before SACL would have become entitled to repossess the terminal after a court decision not to extend the sale deadline. Ansett's Canberra domestic terminal facilities have been sold to Canberra International Airport. UK firm Meggitt has sold its US-based close-range unmanned airvehicle (UAV) arm to Texas-based DRS Technologies, a maker of related sensor, communications and data-recording equipment, which makes Sentry tactical UAVs.
