Decisions on levels of traffic that major routes into Asia should support on 31 December and 1 January will be made this month, says the International Civil Aviation Organisation's Thailand-based Asian regional manager John Richardson. He denies that any cuts would be as severe as those forecast by Japanese reports, which predict capacity restrictions of 35% of normal flow.
