The Russian Space and Aviation Agency has agreed with RSC Energia to replace the Docking and Stowage Module of the International Space Station (ISS) with the Energia-Spacehab Enterprise multi-purpose commercial module to be launched on a Zenit booster in 2003. The move follows Khrunichev-Boeing's plan to develop a similar commercial module for the ISS. According to Energia deputy manager, Valeri Ryumin, it should "clarify and eliminate any confusion" as to which project has the priority and is the most likely to go ahead.
