Bob Monaco has become president of RD AMROSS, LLC, a new joint venture between NPO-Energomash and Pratt & Whitney Space Propulsion, based in Florida. He has been vice-president of finance for P&W Government Engines & Space Propulsion, and was on the founding team which established the International Aero Engines consortium, which produces the V2500 engine for the McDonnell Douglas MD-90.
