- Zero Gravity has named Dave Cacci president and chief operating officer.
- Nissim Hadas has been appointed president of Israel Aircraft Industries subsidiary Elta Systems. Hadas replaces Israel Livnat, who has resigned.
- The Evergreen Air Center has promoted T J Toomey to president. Toomey replaces Bob McAndrew, who has been appointed president of Evergreen Supertanker Services.
- Raytheon has made Doug Brantner vice-president, Raytheon Aircraft Services.
- Singapore Airlines (SIA) has appointed senior vice-president of finance Goh Choon Phong to president of its SIA Cargo subsidiary. Goh will be replaced by Chan Hon Chew, who is being promoted from divisional vice-president of finance to senior vice-president of finance.
- Goodrich has named Tom Mepham (below) as president of the company’s aircraft interior products division. Paul Snyder has taken on Mepham’s former role of president of the customer services division.
