- General Dynamics has chosen Joseph Lombardo as executive vice-president of its aerospace business group and president of subsidiary Gulfstream Aerospace. He succeeds Bryan Moss, who takes on the new role of president emeritus of Gulfstream.
- Innovative Solutions & Support has appointed Raymond Wilson, formerly a member of Airbus's executive committee as well as executive vice-president for procurement, to its board.
- Didier Lallement is the new director general of France's DGAC civil aviation authority. Robert Scherer has become chief information officer of the US National Transportation Safety Board.
- Northrop Grumman president Wesley Bush is taking on the additional role of chief operating officer, while James Palmer succeeds Bush as chief financial officer.
- Adam Aircraft has appointed Duncan Koerbel president, replacing Joe Walker, who will remain as a consultant. John Wolf has joined as lead director and board liaison.
