Sukhoi has transported the sixth Sukhoi Superjet 100 airframe (MSN 95006) to Novosibirsk where it will undergo fatigue tests with the Siberian Aeronautical Research Institute.
The aircraft was flown on board an Antonov An-124 freighter on 3 November from the Sukhoi assembly plant at Komsomolsk-on-Amur.
Wings for the jet will be mated with the fuselage and tail ahead of the test programme, which Sukhoi says will confirm the Superjet 100's specified operating life of 70,000 flight hours.

Sukhoi says that the tests should also validate the intervals for the aircraft's maintenance programme. This month a second Superjet, MSN 95003, is scheduled to join the flight-test programme.
