Stephen Finger has been named senior vice-president for operational military-engine programmes at West Palm Beach, Florida-based Pratt & Whitney's Government Engine & Space Propulsion unit. He was previously senior vice-president of propulsion systems for the PW2000, JT8D and V2500 programmes and is a former director of engineering on the F100 military-engine programme.
