Canadian charter airline Royal Airlines has sold its last five Boeing 727-200s for C$31.5 million ($22.6 million) to CLA Canada of Miami, USA, a company set up for the transaction. Royal will use the proceeds to help renew its fleet, and says that it is considering "a minimum of three" smaller aircraft such as the Airbus A319.
