Sagem Avionics has clinched a contract with US helicopter services company PHI to equip its broad aircraft fleet with the AGS flight operations monitoring system. According to Sagem, AGS processes and analyses all available data from aircraft recorders from which its produces user-configurable, customised reports. "The Sagem AGS also provides extensive engineering features to help reduce operating costs through more efficient and preventative maintenance actions," says the Safran subsidiary. Neither terms nor length of the AGS service agreement have been disclosed.
