Sentencing Former Boeing chief financial officer Mike Sears has been sentenced to four months in prison and a $250,000 fine for illegally hiring top US Air Force procurement official Darleen Druyun. Prosecutors also blamed Boeing's senior management for failing to confront the ethical and legal issues raised by Sears' holding employment discussions with Druyun while she still had authority over Boeing contracts.
