Bruce Van Allen has been promoted to executive vice-president and chief operating ofÌcer, with responsibility for overseeing operations, marketing and human resources at Signature Flight Support, of Orlando, Florida. He was formerly senior vice-president of operations. Blake Fish and Chuck Bobbitt have been appointed vice-presidents of operations, reporting to Van Allen. Fish, who will be responsible for Signature's eastern locations, has also worked for Atlantic Aviation, Combs Gates, Page Avjet, Airport Systems and Butler Aviation. Bobbit, who will be responsible for western locations, has also worked at Page Avjet and Butler Aviation, and was most recently Signature's regional vice-president.
