Cessna has begun deliveries of the first Garmin G1000-equipped 182 Skylane piston singles. The glass cockpit-equipped 182T Skylane and T182T Turbo Skylane received US certification last month, while the G1000 is earmarked for approval on the 206 Stationair family in August. The Independence, Kansas-based manufacturer anticipates 600 single-engine deliveries this year.
