Canadian based engine-overhaul company Standard Aero, has acquired Turbine Overhaul Power Plant Support (TOPPS) of the Netherlands, from its joint owners, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines and Chromalloy Gas Turbine. The purchase will expand its turboprop coverage, which includes the Pratt & Whitney Canada PT6A-60 series and the Allison Engines T56 and Model 250.
