Perot Systems Corporation has purchased a majority stake in Icarus Consulting, with fixed options to buy the remaining 30 per cent from the SAirGroup over the next three years.
BAEngineering is to supply aircraft maintenance services at FLS Aerospace's Gatwick, Stansted and Manchester facilities from March 1997 to October 2000. The Gatwick hangar will be reopened.
