For the best seat in the house, look no further than the AvioInteriors exhibit in Hall 2C, 120. But don't get too comfy in its new first class airline concept seat – named Bellissima by its charismatic chief executive Franco Mancassola – or the temptation to catch up on lost hours of sleep may be too much.

Although some carriers are pulling out their first class cabins, Mancassola believes that there are plenty of the rich and famous who want a touch of luxury during their journeys.

At 38in (965mm) wide and 74in (1,880mm) long, the seat is the largest on the market, he says. It has a privacy shell, an 18in video monitor and electrically operated arm rests.

Mancassola is in talks with two carriers, and he hopes to have the launch order by late summer.
