Chinese MRO firm Ameco has unveiled a full-scale cabin interior mock-up of the Airbus A319 corporate jet, its first for the variant.
Ameco says the A319CJ mock-up covers designing engineering, manufacturing, installation and other aspects.
The design theory for its A319CJ interior is linked to the way ancient Chinese scrolls are unraveled, it states.
The mock-up was unveiled in Beijing during an industry event, and will also function as a showcase for future clients.
“Ameco brings the intelligent control technology and the ground technology into the modem cabin to improve the cabin experience,” the company says.
Ameco has been involved in business jet cabin completions, as well as aircraft maintenance, since the 1990s. The company is a joint venture between Air China and Lufthansa set up in 1989.
