Global aviation services company TAG Aviation Group is to acquire New York-based business aircraft management and charter firm Wayfarer Aviation. The combined company will have over 125 aircraft and a presence in more than 50 locations worldwide. Last year, Switzerland-based TAG acquired Aeroleasing of Geneva, San Francisco-based Aviation Methods and a 99-year lease on the UK's Farnborough Aerodrome.
