Visitors to the Pratt & Whitney stand (Stand E11, Hall 4) can recline in comfort while they learn about the company thanks to a pact struck with Weber Aircraft during the Asian Aerospace 2002.
"We wanted a way of letting people know that Pratt and Whitney is involved in the aerospace industry as a whole rather than just engines and Weber Aircraft said they would lend us some of their aircraft seating so we could make people feel more comfortable," says marketing manager George Sauter.
As a result, eight of Weber's aircraft seats will make up the central portion of a seating area on the stand where a series of presentations will take place throughout the airshow.

Weber Aircraft is part of the Zodiac Group, which is not exhibiting at Farnborough.
Talks and videos run from 9am until 2pm covering areas including the customer portal, engine health monitoring and the future of field maintenance. Pratt & Whitney's Norwegian engine centre, which focuses exclusively on the CFM56 engine, is also being highlighted during the presentations.
Attendees can enter a raffle with the chance to win a Microsoft X-box computer games console.
As well as presentations a variety of visual aids and videos will be used to help people learn more about the company.
