Dubai-based High Tech Enterprises is one of the largest suppliers in the UAE of all types of military and police uniforms and associated accessories, including pyrotechnics and civil defence equipment.
Its stand (A120) is packed with hats, boots, jackets, badges and gold braid galore.
As a general trader, just about everything it sells to the military and police in the region is imported - for instance many of the boots and shoes come from Italy, while other items are sourced in the USA, Britain, France and Korea.
Some of the cap and uniform badges are minor works of art, although unless you're a genuine buyer from an accredited organisation, High Tech won't sell to you.
