There were 12 non-fatal accidents and three fatal crashes involving US-registered business jets in the first eight months of this year, compared with seven non-fatal accidents and five fatal accidents during the same period last year, according to safety analyst firm Robert Breiling Associates. Turboprop crashes totalled 16 non-fatal and 15 fatal, compared with 18 non-fatal and four fatal recorded during the same period last year.
