President George Bush has nominated James Roche, a corporate vice president at Northrop Grumman, as Secretary of the Air Force. Nominated as Secretary to the Navy is Gordon England, an executive vice president with General Dynamics, while Thomas White, vice chairman of EnronEnergy Services, will be Secretary to the Army.
